When I was younger, I seemed to have limitless amounts of energy. I was always moving around, getting things done. So my weight was never really an issue for me. Fast forward to now, three kids later and about twenty pounds heavier. I’m in my early fifties, and the energy level just isn’t what it used to be. Blame it on changing hormones or a more sedentary lifestyle, but losing this extra weight is so hard!
